Trekking Permit

Trekker’s Information Management System (TIMS) Card: This is one of the mandatory permits required to trek in any region of Nepal. It typically costs $30 per trekker. The Nepal Tourism Board issues it.

Langtang National Park Entry Permit: To set foot in the protected area of Langtang National Park, you should have a park entry permit to continue your trek in the Langtang region. You can get this permit at the Dunches’ entry checkpoint or in Kathmandu. It will cost you around US$23 to 25.
